PARK USE POLICIES

1.  Park restrooms are secured daily at 6:00pm.
2. Permitted is liable for all cost for repairs or replacement of all damages to the facility (ies) as a result of its misuse.
3. Permitted must check in and check out at the proper times indicated on the permit
4. All vehicles must be parked in the designated parking stalls. NO vehicles are allowed in the interior of the park between the hours of 12:00pm to 4:00pm or unless authorized by DPR employees to load or unload.
5. Fires shall be only be at designated BBQ pits and extinguished prior to vacating the premises.
6. The park must be cleaned and all trash and debris must be removed from the park area by permitted before expiration time. Failure to comply with this condition will forfeit cleaning deposit.
7. Existing trees, shrubs and other improvements must not be damaged. Nails, ropes, strings, tapes, banners, balloons or such other add-ons, SHALL NOT be attached to trees or plants including historic structures.
8. Absolutely NO digging and/or driving of posts, stakes, etc., into the ground are allowed in any park areas and parks where historic sites are located (21GCA 76211: only the use of weights or other tie- down devices are allowed on the surface.
9. No Gambling activities allowed in the park are as prohibited by law.
10. A permit is required for Commercial Advertisement.
11. All pets must be kept on a leash and are not allowed in structures and in the beach area.
12. Lifeguard services are provided only where posted.
13. No temporary structures of any type allowed by a separate permit from the Department.
14. No water slides of any type are allowed in Parks and Recreation Facilities.
15. No consumption of alcohol at the listed parks below:  

a. Apotguan Beach Park (East Agana)

b. West Agana Beach Park

c. Angel Santos Park

d. Padre Palomo Beach Park

e. Fort Apugan Park

f. Dededo Skate Park
